• Before anything else, I would like to ask for an apology for the trouble that my cousin caused. Unfortunately, last July 30 around 2 PM my other account has been detected using wallhack and was automatically banned. I don't have any idea that was my account was detected and has been banned due to using wallhack until one of my clan mates informed me. On the date of the incident, I was not at our house and has no idea what my cousin is messing with my pc. Later on, I interrogated my cousin, and he admits that he was using wallhack. I will ensure that my cousin will learn his lesson and make him realize the consequences of using hacks. My intentions are clear and do not mean any harm to the game. If given a chance, I will promise to play the game fairly. Hoping for your kind consideration. More powers!.

Hi! i bought a laptop from a market place on facebook last day and tried to install Killer Source as this game was popular in my home town. suddenly the killer source installer can't fully installed on this laptop because there was a message that this laptop has been banned from installing killer source. reason is cheat etc. 
but i don't have any cheat here as i just bought this and installed a newly windows 10 how was this possible? if the previous owner of this laptop has used cheat or any kind of prohibited action by this game, then how can i be reconsidered to get unbanned as a new owner of this laptop? any help will be much appreciated. Hello CM's/GM's, I'm here again to follow up my issue. I don't know why I got banned, i didn't use any cheats or hacks in the game. I've been playing for how many months, and I already reached 3 dias and i'm just playing in a  "pesonet cafe" that's why i would never suicide my account, because i spend a lot of money on it. And also i've never seen my friends using cheats in this unit, I'm the only one who always play in this unit sir. That's it.

Actually, I didn't use any type of hacks and cheats sir and also my account is not banned. I can still play in the other unit, only the PC got banned. But one thing for sure, That time when i play in this unit i have a teammate his IGN is PESTIKA and i don't remember the number on his ign sir, sorry. He said that we are "comsat" and he will report me after the game, after a few hours i log-into this unit and i can't play anymore and it says the PC is banned. So i'm hoping that i can play again in this unit, because i've never try cheating in the game or 3rd party software. Thank you so much. Hi CMs/GMs im a owner of pesonet, im here to appeal for my units to be unban, tbh some of the players here before HWID banning were using cheat (waller) but now we are certain that none of our players were using but we still got hardware banned which is i dont know why this happened so im hoping some positive answers. I would like to suggest  to remove the "Radio bomb chat" when you throw a grenade, a radio chat appears on the chat box and It is so annoying because we can't communicate well with my teammates. I hope you consider this request I know some players out here had a problem with the radio bomb chats too.

As a Piso-Net shop owner/Computer Shop, I have no time to show some disgust type of playing (shameful). I only focused on how to entertain the players but suddenly some are successfully use the hacking system.
