Why does my iPhone say no internet connection when I have WiFi?

-         Using cheat by one of the player in my shops.

Good day Admin,
 
I am an internet café owner of LKD cnet – Mr. Durano and two of my PC’s were get banned from loging-in of killer source game due to some cheat. I do not know who is the player using cheat during the game since my customer only come and go which is mostly students, who made their research and then sometimes play the game when they have still time.
 
As an owner I know it is our responsibility to check, but unfortunately me and the one who looked up my internet are not tech-savvy enough to detect player using cheats.
 
Hopefully admin you will heed my request since it also hurts my business. Some of my customers cannot play due to banned PC.
 
3.      Do you use any type of hack?
-         Honestly, I do not know what is hack. I just own a computer shop but I do not know how to play the game or any online games.
 
4.      Type of ban?
-         Cannot log-in on PC. Log-in screen doesn’t appear.
 
5.      Add the username that got banned in this hardware.
-         I do not know the user. My computer is prohibited only in accessing the game killer source.

     -I will never let my brother to use my computer ever again and i will be more responsible to my brother, if he use my computer I will not allow him to play Killer Source on my computer. Starting this day I vow that this is the first and only time I make an appeal, and that the next time someone wants to use my computer, I will be more cautious. I hope you will consider my request, please unban my HWID thank you so much to the Staff's and GM's.

- I truly appreciate what you did to me as a consequence, you taught me a lesson on this community. I admit I've been using third-party software but I would like to apologize for violating the rules on this game I promised I would never do it again, Because i really regret it. Hoping that you'll gave me a second chance. I am indebted to you for your kind consideration.

Hi, I think there are only few people out there who has a concern regarding to the system of changing names, 
that would be a great privilege for individuals to avoid using alt accounts, and also for the identity we can go ahead and put previous names when stats is checked,
what do you guys think about this?

A PLEASANT DAY FOR YOU GM/CM's, MY PC HAS BEEN BANNED DUE TO MY FRIENDS USING THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. AS HIS FRIENDS I WOULD APOLOGIZE FOR RUINING THE GAME. I WAS SUDDENLY SHOCKED TO FIND OUT WHAT HE DID BUT I GUESS IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE I NEVER OBSERVED HIM EVERY TIME HE PLAYED ON MY PC BECAUSE I WAS A BIT BUSY AT WORK. I HOPE YOU'LL GIVE US A CHANCE TO PLAY AND I PROMISED NOT TO LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN.
