          Please allow me to say my concern about my account. This week when i open my killersource, it cannot be open and i don't know what is the problem in my account. please help me what is happening to my account or computer. when i open my killersource its always the logo of killer source and nothing is happen. attatchment below the logo of killer source when im opening it and nothing happen. that's all thank you and Godbless.

How do i change my email? i tried it on the user cp's change email but when i tried to create new account using the email that i've recently changed it says that email is already used or something like that.

     Because I'm not in the house yesterday and my cousin use my computer. When I'm not around he use my computer and I don't know what he's doing when i'm not around but when I'm ready to go he did'nt do anything but when I check the ban list he's account has been banned and when I open my Killersource app It can't be load , I't says my IP address got banned and I confront my cousin and he say's he use wallhack using my computer . This Computer has been used by a previous KOS player who cheated, im sorry but i do not know who since this is a computer shop.

2.Why should we unban you? (explain atleast 100 words)
I have been told that this computer cannot play KOS anymore, so i tried to check on it how come it wont.  But when i opened it, there popped up a message that this Computer has been banned.  Unfortunately, i do not know who cheated since customers come and go.  When i asked around, no one could tell.  I hope this computer will be unbanned so other players could play.  They enjoy the game very much, and too bad there's one cheater that ruins the game.

I dont, i guess the customer did since this happened. The computer was detected to be using a hack.
