 - Good evening! i am the computer shop owner. I have a four units(pc) and one of these units got banned and i want to make an apology because one of my players got violated the game rules and regulations. Due to players behavior, killer source app where no longer playable. I can't easily monitor my players behavior during their playtime because i have work. after you unban my pc, i will never tolerate this kind of act and i will do my best to make them not use cheats again.  Thank you Gm's and Cm's for your consideration and godbless.

I know it's a mistake that I used cheat in your game, I've been toxic and I totally regret what I did. I miss my account and also your Killer Source since the day that I got banned I lost my happiness my stress reliever after taking modules and online class. I am here now begging for forgiveness cuz I've been toxic and wallhack user, I promise that I will not do it again I swear and I'll be more responsible player if you'll ever return my account.

1. First of all, I am an owner of a computer shop, there's a visitor that is not familiar in our place then I observe him he used wallhack and by tommorow, the fellow players can't play Killer Source cause it says we're banned. I think its IP Banned cause all of the computer has the same problem.

2. You should unban our IP because we really support this game since KOS, there's a lot of players of my computer shop who wait to unban our IP. We are the only computer shop who has Killer Source games as of now and players are expecting that they can play here whenever they want. IM SO SORRY for the behavior of my players sir, hoping for your consideration, I promise it won't happen again, I will surely.
