Frame drop

Im experiencing massive frame drops lately I got all my settings to low, full screen. it doesnt matter if its 32/32 players or just 4/4. frame drop from very smooth to around >10~20. (i dont have FPS counter but its very lag much like unplayable)

my Specs:

Ryzen 3 3200g
Gigabyte b450m DS3H
8Gb Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz
Power Color RX 550
Skilhotar 120GB SSD
WD 500RG HDD

OS: Windows 10 Rog Ultimate by TeamOS
