Banned IP for using cheats or hacks!

I would suggest is that if the Anti Cheat System will be integrated in the game. Devs can unban all HWID bans, even though cheaters will create new accounts they will always gets ban by the ACS, so that legit players in computer shops can play even they have cheater players. Thank you
