What rank can I unlock New character in Infoo section? I'm planning to create a new character but in the same account. And also about secret docs I have collected a lot but it doesn't save it why?

New character features are still not available until the official release sir, currently the game is still P.O.B(Pre-Open Beta) and still on the process of molding the game, and for the secret docs hmm... hehe Shh Its a Secret Tongue  so stay tuned for future updates Wink
