Hi DEV! I have a problem on changing my new account name Sad

I can not change my username it always showing the Process Result: Please type the correct Account ID, Email and Password

but my Account ID, email and password are correct help me! I don't know why.

I've recieved the same issue on accounts, "We found the problem in your account."
