Hi DEV! I have a problem on changing my new account name

I can not change my username it always showing the Process Result: Please type the correct Account ID, Email and Password  

but my Account ID, email and password are correct help me! I don't know why.

From Admin: 2 or more people are using the same account name, so u need to change this
