Whisper problem

I get disconnected when I try to whisper ongame typing the name of the receiver, it says disconnected from server,. i've tried it on different pc's and its its same, the first time you try to whisper someone you get disconnected but when you open the game again and try to whisper its ok.

Also when weapons expire you get disconnected ingame.
