Hi! i bought a laptop from a market place on facebook last day and tried to install Killer Source as this game was popular in my home town. suddenly the killer source installer can't fully installed on this laptop because there was a message that this laptop has been banned from installing killer source. reason is cheat etc.
but i don't have any cheat here as i just bought this and installed a newly windows 10 how was this possible? if the previous owner of this laptop has used cheat or any kind of prohibited action by this game, then how can i be reconsidered to get unbanned as a new owner of this laptop? any help will be much appreciated.
