Why were you banned? my customer using wallhack in a game
Why should we unbanned you?

Good day! GM's and CM's, I would like to request or ask for favor and complain of what others do on my very own computer shop. THE COMPUTER SHOP OWNER ASK ME FOR A HELP WHY PLAYERS CANT PLAY KILLER SOURCE IN SOME OF COMPUTERS THEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM IS THE UNIT ARE GOT HWID BY YOUR ADMIN.THEN I TOLD HIM THAT DONT LET THEM USE HACK OR CHEAT IN GAME , SO I DECIDED TO BLOCK THE SITE WHAT KIND OF CHEAT THEY ARE USING AND PREVENT THEM TO INSTALL IT IN ANY PC..

3. DO YOU USE ANY TYPE OF HACK?
NO.IM NOT TOLERATING THIS KIND OF ACT
4.TYPE OF BAN?
HWID

5. ADD THE USERNAME THAT GOT BANNED IN THIS HARDWARE?
i really dont know who use in this pc because i work and i left this shop on my wife and we didnt monitor the players ingame name if necessary to submit those ingame name i would ask them tomorrow the list of the name of this cheater.

I dont know how to send video or picture, then when i open killer source i cant go in log in because it says that 'You have been banned. Contact GM to inquiry the reason". I humbly asking for another chance to unban my pc and allow me to play the game again.
