It depends what violation it is, perma ban if you use cheat

No need to ask for those people that have been banned, They already know the reason why they have been banned. and there's no reason for their bans to be lifted. Please don't act independently.

Btw im not acting independently, go to KS page in fb youll see many players keep asking why their acc has been ban

And a GM told me to do this. So I can help them if they need clarifications.

Iam not using Cheat you know EXP Boosting is the reason why my acc is ban for 7days not cheating

Just wait for your ban to be lifted. But if you violate the same rule again, you will be banned permanently
