My pesonet players used hax.

Good day admins, I'm John michael gilig I need your help my pesonet got banned because of thirdparty tools used by our customers and i'm not aware of what they are doing and I promised to be more aware of my players activity and warn them.
3.Do you use any type of hack? (Yes or No)
NO my customers did
4.Type of ban? (HWID or Normal Ban)

5.Add the username that got banned in this hardware:
I don't know who used that thirdparty tools but here is my IP address: 49.149.205.199
