You probably seen people lagging and thought it was speed hack. That's pretty much, my case here due to connecting to the game from Australia. Then again, ip ban wouldn't do much.
Nothing to be worried about. That is not a priority first. It should be the server life stable first. Then to be fix step by step. Have fun playing!
