Game bug everytime i play my second game it doest claim the reward and the exp and it suddenly change my name to disconnected. Please fix it

Then Tree bug it doesn't penetrate bullet.

As of right now it is currently glitched but u can recieved the rewards by relogging the game. will be forwarded this problem to our dev asap.
