1.Why Were You Banned?
   - Maybe not updated windows 7 / crack OS

2.Why should we unban you? (explain at least 100 words)
- My old HDD was broke and I have to replace it and I got a stock HDD a not updated operating system, no history of windows update when I install the game and got banned even not entering the game once.I have some difficulties to update my OS because of administrative settings so I look a variety ways to update it. So  recently I got updated it and the game are not still playable.
